Dog Boarding Terms & Conditions

1. General Agreement

By boarding your dog with Woofs & Whiskers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are intended to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all dogs in our care.

2. Eligibility

• All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, including kennel cough ,rabies, distemper, parvovirus, and any other vaccinations required by local law.

• Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, and other parasites.

• All dogs must undergo a behavior assessment prior to boarding. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behavior may not be accepted.

• Dogs must be at least 4 months old to be eligible for boarding.

3. Health & Safety

• Owners must provide proof of vaccination and inform us of any medical conditions or special needs.

• In the event of illness or injury, Woofs & Whiskers will contact the owner and/or the dog's veterinarian. If the owner cannot be reached, Woofs & Whiskers reserves the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

• Owners must disclose any known allergies, medications, or dietary restrictions.

• Woofs & Whiskers will administer medications as directed but cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

4. Feeding & Care

  1.  Pedigree  dog food
  2.  Egg+Rice
  3. Chiken+Rice
  4.curd + rice
  5. Boiled Veggies+Rice
  (Carrots,Pumkin,flower,beansetc)

• Treats on request 
  Carrots
  Apples, Bananaa,
  Marrie biscuits and eggs and also  butter milk.

5. Behavior

• Woofs & Whiskers reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for dogs that exhibit aggressive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior.

• Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dog to property, other dogs, or staff.

6. Liability

• Woofs & Whiskers will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs. However, the owner agrees that Woofs & Whiskers will not be held liable for any illness, injury, or death of their dog while in our care unless caused due to natural calamity.

• The owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless woofs & whiskers and its employees from any claims, actions, or lawsuits arising from the dog's stay.

8. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 2days in advance. Failure to cancel within this time frame may result in a cancellation fee.

• Refunds for early pick-ups will not be provided.

9. Pick-Up and Drop-Off

• Dogs must be picked up and dropped off during Woofs & Whiskers regular business hours unless other arrangements have been made.

• Owners must notify Woofs & Whiskers if someone else will be picking up their dog.

10. Emergency Contact

• Owners must provide a reliable emergency contact who is authorized to make decisions regarding the care of the dog in the owner's absence.

11. Photos and Videos

• Woofs & Whiskers may take photos or videos of your dog during their stay for promotional or social media purposes. Please inform us if you do not consent to this.

12. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of this jurisdiction.​

• if the dog is not picked up within the given period, and no further communication by the owner. Woofs and Whiskers can wait for next 2 days. Further woofs and Whiskers will put the dog for adoption.
